Sara P. (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Lima. She brings over 10 years of experience in clinical and educational settings, supporting children, adolescents, and families with diverse learning, behavioural, emotional, and social needs. Her professional experience includes psychological intervention, educational mentoring, social-emotional learning, academic coaching, and one-to-one and small-group behavioural support in Ontario schools. She has also facilitated workshops focused on self-regulation, mindfulness, social skills, resilience, and positive discipline.

Sara is passionate about creating learning environments where students feel understood, supported, and empowered to recognize their strengths and develop their potential. Her strengths-based approach, combined with her background in psychology and education, aligns closely with Lightwell’s commitment to inclusive, individualized, and student-centred learning. She is fluent in English and Spanish and holds additional training in positive discipline, mindfulness, youth coaching, and animal-assisted therapy.
