We Are Now Lightwell Learning
Our name is changing. The people, expertise, programs, and commitment behind our work are not.
On September 2, 2026, Learn. Develop. Succeed. becomes Lightwell Learning.

On January 29, 2025 the Representative for Children and Youth (RCY) released an Issues Highlight, Too Many Left Behind: Ensuring Children and Youth with Disabilities Thrive, renewing calls for immediate and urgent action including immediate funding increases, strengthening mental health services, enhancing equitable access to education, a cross-government data management system and equitable access to services and supports for children and youth with disabilities and their families.
We are grateful to have been consulted by Dr. Jennifer Charlesworth and her expert team, and to have our 55 years of experience serving children and youth with learning and related differences contribute to the issues researched and highlighted in this meaningful report.
We agree that the time for action is now, and this spotlight underscores the urgency of addressing these persistent gaps to ensure all children and youth with learning and related differences / disabilities and their families receive the support they need to thrive.
We will be commenting on this further on January 30. You can find the report and further details here.
We are committed to being part of the solution for BC and Canada’s neurodivergent learners who need it most—especially when traditional systems seem to be failing them.
