About the Workshop

This session explores the complex relationship between learning differences and mental health, highlighting how these challenges can affect cognitive function, behaviour, and overall well-being. Families, caregivers, and educators will gain insight into the unique mental health risks faced by neurodivergent individuals and learn how to recognize early signs of stress or struggle.

Through neuroaffirming approaches, real-life examples, and practical strategies, this workshop empowers participants to foster resilience and nurture holistic well-being in neurodivergent youth and adults.
